Deb Nevermann, BS, MPT,  James McCoy, Office Manager, and Melissa Cowan, PTA

Deb Nevermann, MPT, Clinic Manager
Deb brings over 9 yrs of experience in outpatient rehab, neurological rehab, acute care rehab and amputee rehab to ProStep.  She has been with ProStep for over 6 years and previously worked at Froedtert Hospital.  Her specialties include treatment for orthopedic injuries, Epley's maneuvers for BPPV (Vertigo) and treatment for lower extremity amputees.  She is a graduate of Carroll College with her Master's of Physical Therapy.  Deb is a member of the APTA.  Her personal motto is:  Listening is more important than hearing.

Jim McCoy, Office Manager
Jim has over 28 years in office management, customer service, scheduling, financial, advertising and marketing experience.  He is a graduate of Waukesha Technical Institute.  His personal motto is:  Team work for success.
Melissa Cowan
PTA Physical Therapist Assistant
Melissa joined Progressive Step in February 2012.  She is a graduate of St Catherine University in Minneapolis, MN.  Melissa is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant
