Meet The Team



Jim Chapman, PT, Clinic Director
Jim has been working at ProStep for over 5 years and has been clinic director for the last 2.5 years.  He has been working in the outpatient setting for over 8 years and has a diverse background in treating a wide variety of diagnoses.  This ranges from working with young athlete's who have had an ACL repair to the geriatric population having difficulties with balance and gait.  Other areas include working with post-surgical orthopedic injuries and neck and low back pain patients.  Jim graduated from the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse with a B.S. in Biology and went on to receive his Master's of Science in Physical Therapy.  He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.  His memberships include Delavan Chamber of Commerce, The American and Wisconsin Physical Therapy Associations (APTA and WPTA) and the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).  His personal motto is:  Practice what you preach.  He believes if he's asking patients to exercise and lead a healthier lifestyle, he should be doing the same to set a good example.  When he's not working, Jim is a die-hard Packer/Brewer/Bucks fan and enjoys cycling, fishing, and hanging out with his family and friends.

Deb Nevermann, MPT
Deb brings over 8 yrs of experience in outpatient rehab, neurological rehab, acute care rehab and amputee rehab to ProStep.  She has been with ProStep for over 6 years and previously worked at Froedtert Hospital.  Her specialties include treatment for orthopedic injuries, Epley's maneuvers for BPPV (Vertigo) and treatment for lower extremity amputees.  She is a graduate of Carroll College with her Master's of Physical Therapy.  Deb is a member of the APTA.  Her personal motto is:  Listening is more important than hearing.

Kristin Grenier, PTA 
Kristin leads the Aquatic program for ProStep and is certified in Aquatic Therapy through ATRI.  Her specialties include manual therapy, orthopedics, kinesiotaping, craniosacral therapy and aquatics.  Kristin is an honors graduate with a B.S. from Concordia University and has her A.A.S. from Milwaukee Area Technical College for Physical Therapy Assistant.  Her personal Motto is:  Give it your all!

Jim McCoy, Office Manager
Jim has over 28 years in office management, customer service, scheduling, financial, advertising and marketing experience.  He is a graduate of Waukesha Technical Institute.  His personal motto is:  Team work for success.
