Breast Surgery Management |

This program can be
helping for women who undergo breast surgery to treat neck and
shoulder pain, numbness, tingling, swelling, or scar tissue
restriction. Therapy treatment can effectively improve shoulder
range of motion and strength, reduce lymphedema, eliminate pain
and tingling as well as mobilize scar tissue. Specific
treatments to eliminate symptoms are enhanced by education in
preventative exercise and self-care. |

The Pregnancy Back Care Program |

This program is designed
for all pregnant women, including those who have had back pain
before pregnancy, those that may not be experiencing any pain
yet, or those who may have mild back pain and are interested in
preventing it from getting worse. |

Pelvic pain in women is
not uncommon. Between 16% and 25% of women currently have pelvic
pain or have had pelvic pain in the past. Many types of pelvic
